EDM Stage

It's a work surface for conventional (Ram/Sinker) EDM. Our EDM Stage is constructed of hardened steel and ground to .0002 flatness. Stage will drain but allows for through the fixture flushing. Top plate is 6" x 9" tapped with 5/16 - 18 holes 1" on centers and offset by 1/2" (56 holes). The base is 6" x 10" and 2-1/4" tall. All members of the EDM Stage are 1/2" thick. Two strap clamps, an Alignment Rail (with two toe clamps and stop), and a V-Plate are provided with the stage. V-Plate allows repositioning round work very close to the last. By using different length bolts or threaded rod the clamps can be set for almost any height. Alignment Rail w/ stop allow for repositioning of square or rectangular work. We have used ours since 2000 and found it to be much better than t-slots and clamps!
